Volkswagen Scirocco Third Generation Updates

Introduction
We have received some images of the third generation of the Volkswagen Scirocco, which is currently under testing and camouflaged. It appears that updates have only been made to the front section of the car, despite it not being changed since its launch in 2008.
Exterior Updates
We anticipate clearer lines and a front grille reminiscent of the CC 2013. There may also be improved headlight designs and new LED elements featured.
Interior Updates
In terms of the interior, more updates are expected compared to the exterior, including additions such as a touchscreen interface, enhanced connectivity, and new safety equipment.
Engines
Regarding the engines, Volkswagen has not confirmed its plans yet. We expect the engines found in the Golf 2013 to be the same as those in the updated Scirocco, which include:
- 1.4 L TSI with approximately 138 horsepower
- 2.0 L Turbo producing 296 horsepower
Exhibition and Launch
The Volkswagen Scirocco is set to debut in 2014 at the Geneva Motor Show in March.
