Since its launch in the early 1990s, Lexus vehicles have become a familiar sight, either owned by individuals or known through acquaintances. With the new GS F model, Lexus has boldly positioned itself against competitors like the Maserati Ghibli, BMW M5, Mercedes AMG E63, and Cadillac CTS-V.

Exterior Design

The exterior of the Lexus GS F boasts a striking design that some may consider the most beautiful car on the planet, while others might find it overly extravagant.

The aggressive styling of the rear features dual exhaust pipes, a small spoiler, and sharply sculpted taillights. The front end showcases an exaggerated bumper that some might argue is unnecessary.

Interior Design

I didn't expect this level of luxury from a Lexus. The cabin is adorned with white and black leather seats, while Alcantara fabric covers the dashboard, setting it apart from other Lexus models.

While competitors like Cadillac excel in material quality, this Lexus combines a clear sense of luxury and power. It also offers ample legroom and headroom in both the front and rear seats, ensuring that its sporty character doesn't compromise cabin comfort.

Technology and Safety

This Lexus is equipped with cutting-edge technology and safety features. It comes with 10 airbags that can detect whether a passenger is seated or if a child is in the seat before deploying.

Lexus also introduced a new system called VDIM, which monitors the vehicle's stability and detects if it is skidding or losing control.

Driving Experience

The car is powered by an eight-cylinder engine, though it may not match the performance of turbocharged Mercedes or supercharged Cadillacs. However, I must say, the sound of this engine is more appealing than those of its Mercedes and Cadillac counterparts.

Without any turbo or supercharging, the car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.4 seconds. With a displacement of 5.0 liters, the engine produces 467 hp and 527 Nm of torque.

Verdict

Unquestionably, the Lexus GS F leaves a remarkable impression. It represents a fine balance of luxury and aggression. I commend Lexus for this exceptional vehicle.
