Compared to its predecessor, the third generation of the Touareg boasts increased length and width, positively impacting the interior space with more room for passengers and an enhanced cargo area that has increased from 697 liters to 810 liters when the seats are folded down.
Despite its increased size for 2018, it is lighter by 106 kg than the previous model, thanks to its mixed-material construction (48% aluminum and 52% high-strength steel).
