2023 Infiniti QX60 Launch
In celebration of the launch of the 2023 QX60, Infiniti has brought its SUV to the roads through an exciting driving experience in the picturesque Kakheti region of Georgia. The company chose Kakheti for its stunning mountainous landscapes and unique heritage, which beautifully highlight Infiniti's core values: authenticity, confidence, and enjoyable experiences.
Driving Experience at the Vazisubani Estate
Infiniti hosted media, celebrities, and influencers at the elegant Vazisubani Estate, a stylish hotel in the Georgian countryside with a rich history dating back to the 19th century. Historically, it played a significant role in the development of art, culture, and education, reinforcing Infiniti's identity as a brand committed to continuous evolution.
During their stay, guests enjoyed an exhilarating driving experience in the QX60 amidst breathtaking scenery, along with a journey that included a series of activities designed to showcase the vehicle's standout features.
Trip Themes
To enhance the car launch experience, the trip was divided into three main themes:
- Me Time: Highlighting the focus on the driver.
- Family Time: Emphasizing the family-oriented features of the SUV class.
- Art and Design: Showcasing the innovative ideas that inspired the stylish design of the QX60.
Driving in Kakheti
To reinforce the driver-focused concept, the Georgian adventure began with a stop at Amo Café in the hilltop city of Sighnaghi, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
This provided an opportunity to experience the driver-centric features of the vehicle on winding roads, such as the ProPilot self-driving system and a heads-up display alongside massage function seats.
Family Time and Georgian Bread Experience
To highlight the "Family Time" concept, Infiniti chose the Javakhishvili estate as the next stop on the journey. Visitors explored the property owned by the Javakhishvili family and learned about traditional Georgian bread-making while discovering more about the family-friendly features of the QX60.
Guests also enjoyed the open areas, refreshing breeze of Kakheti, Georgian bread, and fresh local cheese.
Exploring the Design of the QX60
The final stop offered a deeper dive into the design of the SUV, along with insights into the Japanese arts that inspired the sleek and sophisticated design of the QX60.
Infiniti selected Chateau Bueri/Lake Lopota for a delightful afternoon lunch before returning to the Vazisubani Estate for a dinner prepared by a Georgian bread-making expert.
