2015 Mazda MX-5 Miata Spied

We just found some pictures of what might be the upcoming 2015 Mazda MX-5 Miata.

It was caught while being tested at the Chrysler’s headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Some visual changes that could be seen are the bodywork add-ons  of the next generation 2-seater,  grown car front, and wheelbase appears to be longer.

Since Mazda emphasized on reducing weight in its current models, like the Mazda 3 and Mazda 6, it is expected to do the same thing for the new MX-5’s curb weight too.

There is no confirmed information about the powertrain, but it is expected to have a 1.3 liter four-cylinder engine.
