2017 Infiniti Q60 vs 2017 Lexus RC Comparison

With only a few, aging options, contenders from the luxury coupe segment are not a common sight on Middle Eastern roads. Due to additions such as the Infiniti Q60 and Lexus RC, however, this segment has regained its importance with car dealers, car collectors, and customers alike.
Exterior
The Infiniti Q60 is an all-new replacement for the G37 Coupe. It has a sleek new design, three new engines, more features, and a tech focused cabin. While the Lexus RC is also a relatively new entrant into the market, it is subjectively, the better looking of the two.

Interior
The interior of Lexus RC is truly impressive with top quality materials and structure. For some, the sport seats of the Infiniti may bring better advantage because of the adjustable side bolsters. The RC has fixed bolsters making the sport seats a little snug. Both cars, though, offer suitably luxurious and comfortable front seats with plenty of adjustment options.
Performance
The 3.0-liter V6 engine that resides under the hood of the Q60, produces 400 horsepower and 475 Nm of torque. With its rear-wheel drive and 7-speed automatic transmission, it can reach 100 km/h in 5.2-seconds and a top speed of 250 km/h. On the other hand, the Lexus generates 471 horsepower and 530 Nm of torque in F-Sport guise, enough to reach a max speed of 270 km/h. With grandeur and overflowing flamboyance, the RC-F is the better choice for those in search of speed, but not necessarily driver enjoyment.

Verdict
With prices being upwards of AED 205,000 for the Lexus RC, as opposed to AED 229,000 for the Infiniti Q60, the tech-laden RC is the more affordable of the two. While it is glamorous and ideal for the UAE, the Q60 is what will draw the enthusiasts in.
