2017 Land Rover Discovery unveiled in Dubai

At Dubai’s up-and-coming adventure spot Kite Beach, Land Rover unveiled its highly-anticipated 2017 Discovery to adrenaline junkies and members of the public. The newest addition to the Land Rover Discovery family, was brought to life with a challenging obstacle course encompassed with the backdrop of kites, surfers, and crashing waves.

Powered by Jaguar Land Rover’s efficient 3.0-liter supercharged engine, the all-new Discovery produces 340 horsepower and 450 Nm of torque, all while being mated to a smooth ZF eight-speed automatic transmission. Safe, connected and confident, Land Rover’s Chief Design Officer Gerry McGovern claims the all-new Discovery has “revolutionized the Discovery DNA to create a highly desirable, extremely versatile and hugely capable premium SUV.”

The much-awaited All-New Discovery is a supremely versatile and capable vehicle proudly carrying its strong heritage into the future.”

The all-new Discovery is available at showrooms across the UAE with prices starting from AED 250,900 and is inclusive of a five-years / 65,000-kilometer service contract and five-years / 150,000-kilometer warranty.
