Arabian Automobiles, the flagship company of AW Rostamani Group and the exclusive dealer for Renault vehicles in Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates, has announced the availability of the all-new 2018 Renault Megane across all four of its showrooms in the country.

Salah Yamout, Director of Sales & Marketing at Arabian Automobiles Company, commented: “The all-new 2018 Renault Megane represents a genuine upmarket shift, courtesy of its dynamic styling and range of features, including advanced driving aids, an 8.7-inch R-Link 2 touchscreen, and user-friendly technologies such as easy trunk access.”

Launched earlier in the year in Qatar, the 2018 model is the fourth-generation Megane in the manufacturer’s line-up and aims to be one of the most stylish, dynamic, and technologically-advanced offerings in its segment with rivals coming in the form of the Chevrolet Cruze and Honda Civic.

Reminiscent of the Talisman, the new exterior design combines a fast-sloping roofline with broad, sculpted shoulders to connote the Megane’s sporting pretentions. Towards the rear, the brand’s signature tail lamps slice their way into the boot decklid and flank the prominent chrome rhombus to give the 2018 Megane an identity of its own.

A plethora of comfort and convenience features see the introduction of an easy park assist, blind spot warning, multiple parking sensors on the front, back, and sides, a rear-view camera, hands-free boot opening, keyless entry and go, an electric parking brake, and automatic dual-zone climate control.

Powered by a naturally-aspirated 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine, the French sedan sips 6.6 liters of gasoline for every 100 kilometers and pushes 115 horsepower to the front wheels via a X-Tronic CVT transmission.

Prices for the all-new 2018 Renault Megane range from AED 52,900 for the basic PE trim, to AED 69,500 for the fully-loaded LE+ model.
