Abu Dhabi Motor World to receive upgrades

Posted by Mansoor A. Bukhari on Aug 11, 2014

A while ago, it was reported that all used-car dealers were mandated to shift from the city of Abu Dhabi to the purpose-built MotorWorld in 2012 following the orders of Department of Economic Development. But the result of this migration did not turn out to be fruitful as the dealers did suffer losses in business as there was no proper advertising, vehicle inspection and registration centers.

Well, their quarrels have been answered as the Abu Dhabi Department of Transport is building a new access road from the main highway to increase visibility and connectivity. Also, a new ADNOC service station is set to open as well.

The ADNOC station will be completed by end of this year while the access road will be constructed by first quarter of next year. Moreover a foreign-exchange provider will also open its doors by end of 2014.
