Abu Dhabi Motors introduces Rolls Royce Cullinan Black Badge

The automotive industry has seen plenty of shifts over the past few years, with manufacturers having to alter their strategies, product line-ups and priorities. When supercar manufacturers such as Lamborghini and Maserati had the wild idea of entering the SUV realm, luxury automakers such as Rolls-Royce turned things up a notch and introduced the stunning Cullinan Black Badge.

Setting the stage to a completely different vibe, the Cullinan Black Badge makes its power known and felt with a stealthy exterior that is subtle yet menacing. The all-black Spirit of Ecstasy is a beautiful sight from the outside and an even better one when seated in the driver’s seat. The black accents on the exterior and interior differentiate the Black Badge from the standard model but in no means is that all.

While customers can choose from over 44,000 ‘ready to wear’ paint options for their Cullinan Black Badge or commission an entirely Bespoke hue, it is anticipated that many will opt for the Black Badge’s signature Black. Multiple layers of paint and lacquer are meticulously applied and hand-polished ten times, representing the most comprehensive surface finish process ever applied to a solid paint color.

Under the hood, the Cullinan Black Badge gets a 6.75-liter V12 engine that produces 28 horsepower and 50 Nm of torque more than the standard car, pushing total outputs to 592 horsepower and 900 Nm of torque. All this power is directed through an 8-speed ZF automatic transmission and is accompanied by a deeper, more pronounced tone created by an entirely new exhaust system.

Staying true to its dark side, the Cullinan Black Badge is truly the King of the Night.
