Abu Dhabi offers traffic fine discounts until June 22

Abu Dhabi Police have urged motorists to settle payments of their traffic fines by offering three types of discounts that can be availed through the Abu Dhabi Police website or their smartphone app. The discounts include a 50% discount on fines incurred before 22nd December 2019 with the offer valid until June 22, 2020.
To motivate motorists to clear fines faster, Abu Dhabi Police are also offering a 35% discount on payments that are being made within 60 days of committing a traffic violation. Abu Dhabi Police said the discount applies to all traffic violations registered before December 22, 2019, except those categorized as 'dangerous', provided the fines are paid off within three months.
All drivers have been urged to strictly observe traffic rules and avail of the discount and early payment scheme.
