All-new Chevrolet Blazer unveiled with sharp looks, loads of tech

Chevrolet has unveiled the stylish Blazer in the UAE. The SUV gets a new front fascia, new grille design, new LED headlamps, new LED daytime driving lights and new tail lamps. The new Blazer also gets the option of 18-, 20- and 21-inch wheels.

Customers can get their Blazer with 2.0L Turbo I-4 engine producing 228 HP or a 3.6L engine offering 308 HP. Both engines will be mated to a 9-speed automatic gearbox and send power to all four wheels.

The Blazer will be available in three trims: LT, RS and Premier. The RS is the most premium of the lot as it gets features like a twin-clutch gearbox, a power-programmable liftgate as standard and automatic heated steering wheel as standard.

Step inside and you will find Chevy’s 10-inch-diagonal color touchscreen which comes as standard on all three trims. The infotainment system supports all 21st century gizmos like Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The Blazer also offers ample rear legroom to passengers along with features like wireless charging in the cabin.

Safety-wise Chevrolet has blessed the Blazer with its Safety Assist package that has features like Following Distance Indicator, Forward Collision Alert, Front Pedestrian Braking and Lane Keep Assist among others.

Chevrolet has announced that the Blazer will come to the UAE in early 2023.
