All you need to know about Ferrari’s After Sales Programme

Ferrari isn’t just about building the best supercars but it's also ensuring that they receive the best after sales services. Ensuring a peace of mind for customers is a big priority for the Italian supercar maker and that’s why all the models, apart from the limited-edition cars, come with an exclusive seven-year free maintenance contract - Ferrari’s Genuine Maintenance programme - in addition to the standard three-year contractual warranty.

That’s not all as Ferrari’s Genuine Maintenance programme includes labor, original replacement parts, lubricants, engine oil and brake fluid *managing which would be pretty expensive if you did it all on your own*. Ferrari ensures that checks take place once a year, or every 20,000km, by personnel trained at the Ferrari Training Centre in Maranello.

Ferrari assigns a dedicated Service Advisor at the local authorized dealership to every customer. The dedicated advisor takes care of  the status of the car throughout the course of its life and lets the owner know whether it's due a service while acting as the main point of contact.

The service advisor takes the approval of a customer in case any additional cost is incurred during the regular service and then also takes feedback after one week.

But what happens after the warranty period is over? Worry not, because customers can opt for the Extended Warranty programme which safeguards the Ferrari supercar for another 15 years, or 90,000km.
