AMENA Automotive Association forms alliances with industry leaders

AMENA Automotive Association announces five strategic alliances with notable players in the automotive industry: CDK Global, Bird & Bird, Alvarez & Marsal, YallaMotor, and Aspiriti. Building on the strengths of each of its partners, the alliance aims to revolutionize the automotive industry across the MENA region.

“AMENA Automotive was created as a partnership-led company and we're proud to join forces with world-class partners,” said Alan Whaley, Chairman of AMENA. “Our recent alliances with CDK Global, Bird & Bird, Alvarez & Marsal, YallaMotor, and Aspiriti will help us transform the region's automotive industry and raise standards.”

CDK Global, the leading provider of integrated technology and digital solutions to the automotive retail industry, aims to increase transparency and data-driven decision making. Sales Director of CDK, Justin Ashton, stated, “CDK Global considers itself a key partner to the automotive industry and aligns strongly with associations such as AMENA that support dealers, importers and OEMs for the betterment of the industry as a whole.”

Bird & Bird, which is a leading global law firm, specializes in intellectual property law, and franchising in and around the automotive industry. With a large presence in the MENA region, the firm has an extensive automotive division that works with OEMs in Germany.

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is a leading global professional services firm that provides advisory, business performance improvement and turnaround management services across various industries. Within the automotive industry specifically, A&M has significant experience in leading large-scale transformations for GCC auto players, including commercial, operational and customer experience.

YallaMotor, the largest motoring publication in the region, possesses deep insights into what car buyers care about and what they are looking for. Jorge Bialade, General Manager of YallaMotor said, “We understand AMENA and its plan brings tremendous value to the current automotive industry across the GCC.
