Arabian Automobiles inaugurates renovated Nissan service center in Deira

Arabian Automobiles, the flagship company of the AW Rostamani Group and the exclusive dealer for Nissan in Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates, has opened a renovated Nissan service center in Deira. 

The focus has been on digitisation with the help of IT in the service center as customers can check in using tablets and use the configurator for learning about latest models. The state-of-the-art service center has 90 mechanical working bays, 11 washing bays, 298 parking bays, and eight 60-minute express service bays. 

Arabian Automobiles claim that the center focuses on two-man technician concept during the 60-minute express service and that the center serves an average of 5,500 monthly repair orders, 2,000 of which as express services.

For the convenience of customers, the renovated center has a cafeteria and a kids-play area. The renovated center was inaugurated in the presence of Nissan’s global and regional executives including Leon Dorssers, Senior Vice President, Marketing and Sales of Africa, Middle East, India, Europe & Oceania (AMIEO) region and senior AWR and Arabian Automobiles executives including Michel Ayat, CEO of AWR Automotive and Salah Yamout, COO of Arabian Automobiles.
