Arabian Automobiles introduces complimentary services during COVID 19 in UAE

Proving its support to its customers and the wider community during the COVID-19 pandemic, Arabian Automobiles, the flagship company of the AW Rostamani Group and exclusive dealer for Nissan and Infiniti in Dubai, Sharjah, and the Northern Emirates, has introduced a “FREE pick-up + Drop-off + Ozone Treatment” package to its customers.

In line with governmental directives, Arabian Automobiles has also introduced frequent sanitization processes across all its premises and customer touchpoints. With the social distancing measures and the 24-hour quarantine in place, customers who are looking to service their vehicles can schedule an appointment by dialing 800NISSAN or 800INFINITI. A team of trained and professional drivers will pick up their vehicle from their home and drop it back after servicing, using a flat-bed truck, free of charge.

Customers can also choose to pay their servicing charges through a secure online payment channel. As an added feature, every serviced car will also receive a complimentary “Ozone Treatment” that will completely sanitize vehicle interiors and ensure they are free from germs before the cars are sent back to the customers.

The service centers in Sheikh Zayed Road and Deira are open Saturday to Thursday from 9 AM to 1 PM to offer essential services to its customers, whereas the Aweer branch is temporarily closed. Service centers in Sharjah and the Northern Emirates are operational from Saturday to Thursday with revised timings from 8 AM to 5 PM.
