The SEMA Show is one of the most anticipated events on a motoring aficionado’s calendar. Canadian tuner Bisimoto, who is heralded for its insanity with the build of a 1,000 horsepower Honda Odyssey minivan, has recently unveiled plans of building a Porsche 911 sports car that is powered by a Hyundai V6 engine.

While it may sound absolutely berserk, especially to diehard Porsche fanatics, there is solace to be found in knowing that the tuner will be producing something truly magnificent. If the Canadian tuner’s track record is anything to go by, then 1,000 horsepower is likely to be the benchmark, as it showcased in both, its Honda Odyssey and the Hyundai Genesis models.

At the 2016 SEMA Show, Bisimoto will be showcasing a total of four projects, and while we’re extremely excited to learn about the other projects in the pipeline, it’s good to know that the tuner’s started nice and early for the show’s November schedule.
