BMW 7 Series exclusive editions debut

Posted by Mansoor A. Bukhari on Apr 6, 2016

The new BMW 7 Series has been the talk of the town since the promos came to light showing off all the new technology that has been fitted into this car. Basically, BMW is doing it right this time with the 7 Series. It has realized that customers looking to buy a luxury car are not that inclined towards the drive of the car. Instead, they are looking at what toys or luxurious features are they getting for their money. Mercedes S Class has always been the benchmark for in-car tech and luxury in the segment but now the 7-Series has a chance to close that gap.

And, to add to the whole status symbol euphoria, BMW is adding new special edition models to the 7 Series sedan. Currently, there are two special models launched. One is called the Solitaire Edition and the other is called the Master Class Edition. Since they are special, only a few examples will created. To be precise, only six units of the Solitaire edition will be built whereas there will only be one Master Class edition. That’s some exclusivity you have got there. The only difference between the two models is the exterior paintjob.

Both the editions are based on the 750Li. The Solitaire Edition will be coated in metallic white while the Master Class will have a special black paint. Both paint colors will have glass flakes for extra sheen. The interior of both models have a unique shade of brown color, Alcantara trimmings, special embroidery and suede trunk. Moreover, there is a refrigerator and special glassware for the rear seat passengers. Both models are coming from the BMW Individual program. So, even if you don’t get the chance to own these cars, you can simply create your own bespoke 7 Series to suit your lifestyle.
