Chery showcased its innovative technology at the Shanghai Auto Show.

The 20th Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition commenced with great fanfare on April 18th at the Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center. Chery Motors unveiled its third-generation PHEV technology at this esteemed A-class auto show, demonstrating its latest advancements in response to the electrification and intelligence era and presenting a remarkable vision for Chery's brand to steer the future of new energy vehicles for worldwide customers.

Chery, as a technology-oriented enterprise, has been at the forefront of mastering core technologies, particularly in new energy technology, since as early as 1999, making it the first Chinese automotive company to do so. It has made significant strides in areas like three electricity, lightweight, and intelligence. In response to the significant changes occurring in the automotive industry, Chery is adapting and taking part in the global automotive sector by utilizing "Chery Acceleration." The launch of Chery's third-generation hybrid platform at this year's Auto Show marks the beginning of "Technology Chery" venturing into a new direction.

Chery's latest hybrid platform, the third-generation one, employs the fifth-generation ACTECO engine, which is purpose-built for high-efficiency hybrid systems. It incorporates cutting-edge technologies like the deep Miller cycle, i-HEC fourth-generation combustion system, high-efficiency turbocharger, and intelligent thermal management system, among others. With a peak power output that can achieve a remarkable thermal efficiency of over 44.5%, this hybrid engine is the most efficient one available in the Chinese market.

Furthermore, Chery's third-generation hybrid platform features a 3-speed DHT with a total of 9 modes and 11 gear combinations. This system offers exceptional power and fuel efficiency while remaining eco-friendly and ultra-smooth, satisfying all of the travel needs of its users.

The third-generation PHEV hybrid technology from Chery captured the interest of the worldwide automotive industry at the Shanghai Auto Show. Over 1,000 foreign attendees representing 80 different countries convened at Chery's exhibit to collaborate and exchange knowledge regarding the newest breakthroughs in new energy technologies while also promoting Chery's vision of joining a new stage of globalization.

The Middle Eastern nations, led by the UAE, are actively advancing their environmentally conscious and sustainable development strategies in order to reduce their reliance on fossil fuels.
