Dubai RTA Launches Vehicle Registration in Malls

Good news for vehicle owners of Dubai. Owners of Dubai-based number plates will soon be able to renew their vehicles from shopping centers and metro stations in Dubai. This is part of RTA’s series of smart services to provide convenience to the customers. As of now, 6 kiosks have been installed at various RTA customer service centers and 10 more will be installed in the coming months.
For payments, customers require their Emirates ID and credit cards. RTA will also soon activate payments via NFC or Nol.
Moreover, the customers can use the camera-cum-phone in the kiosk for assistance in case they experience technical issues.
Following services are currently being offered at these kiosks:
- Vehicle Registration
- Driving license renewal
- Seasonal parking card
These kiosks are currently operational at RTA centers in Deira, Ramool, Barsha, Twar and JBR.
