Emirates Driving Institute offers driving lessons in Tesla cars

As part of its Platinum Driving Course, Emirates Driving Institute (EDI) is proud to become the first driving institute in Dubai and the Middle East to offer driving lessons in Tesla cars to residents of the UAE. With an expanding fleet of luxury cars, the Tesla Model X joins other cars in the Platinum Driving Course range which include the Mercedes-Benz G-Class, Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, Chevrolet Camaro, and Mercedes-Benz C200.

Mr. Amer Ahmed Belhasa, Managing Director at Emirates Driving Institute, said: "The core values of Emirates Driving Institute include innovation and leadership, and as such, we aspire to be the leading innovator in the market. The addition of two Tesla electrical vehicles to our expanding fleet of luxury training cars aims to demonstrate world-class ideas and practices for driving the Green Economy concept and saving energy.”

Those aspiring to hold a UAE driver’s license and purchase a Tesla, will be trained and tested in a Tesla Model X, while alternatively current license holders can opt for a refresher course in the popular electric car.
