Emirates Motor Company launches spanking offers for its customers in Abu Dhabi

As 2021 comes to a close, Emirates Motor Company, the certified distributor of Mercedes-Benz cars in Abu Dhabi has rolled out special service and allied offers for its customers in the region. These offers are a part of its end-of-year offerings where a program bearing the moniker Service Weekends has been initiated which will surpass October, November and December to provide quality service by certified technicians at reasonable rates by installing rebates. 

The Service Weekends will be held at EMC’s Mercedes-Benz service centres in Mussafah and Al Ain on dates: October 14-16, November 11-13 and December 9-11. The timings at which customers can get their prized possession paraded are 2pm to 9pm on Fridays and from 8am to 6pm on Thursdays and Saturdays. To ensure their cars are in fine fettle, customers will receive a beguiling complimentary check-up as well as 50-percent off on labour costs, spares and unique accessories to jazz up the car.

In terms of convenience features, customers who opt for the service program will receive the opportunity to upgrade their car with the Mercedes Me adapter using which they will be able to pair or connect their smartphones to the car via the Bluetooth system. Note that this feature can be lavished only in cases where it is applicable.

A slew of service packages are available according to the car’s specifications including the engine size & model and the date of production. Under its bumbershoot, is a silver package which covers three services beginning from AED 1,250 plus VAT. This package comes across as a manna for heaven being customised for those whose vehicles have run out of warranty. This means that Mercedes-Benz owners whose vehicles have become relatively archaic, can receive peace of mind through this offer as it will provide them with quality spare parts to make sure the car is in taut condition after all the abrasion it has exposed over these years. 

While the service is unique, equally fascinating and worth staring at is the process which goes to embolden the persona of your car. In the wake of digitisation, the German marque has incorporated a novel scheme called StarView where the customer is sent a link using the SMS broadway through which he can see his car getting rejigged through video and be appraised of real-time updates about how much of their service has been completed. This peace of mind and the assurance that the car is in safe hands can be had from the cocoon of their homes. It also allows them to make the disbursement of funds conveniently. This comes as the company lays stress on healthy consumer experience keeping him as their foremost priority.
