Facelifted Audi A4 makes Middle East debut

The Audi A4, an iconic nameplate that has graced the Audi line-up since 1994, makes its Middle East debut after undergoing a sporty facelift. Dynamic in its styling, the Single-frame grille now broader and flatter with horizontal lines emphasize the width at the front and rear. The side view is defined by the distinctive muscles above the fenders and the lower set shoulder line in between, making the Quattro genes outwardly visible.

Inside, the new MMI multimedia system offers users an experience that is quite similar to a contemporary smartphone with functions such as pinch to zoom. The high-resolution TFT display measures 10.1 inches and its graphics are deliberately clean and cut-down. Search functions are equally easy to use and navigate as it is optimized for free text input and natural-language voice control, making it capable of understanding phrases used in everyday speech.

Audi is offering the A4 model line with four turbocharged engines in the Middle East. Their power outputs range from 150 hp to 354 hp. The Audi S4 comes with the 3.0 TFSI engine; the turbocharged gasoline direct injection engine has an output of 354 hp and produces a hefty torque of 500 Nm from 1,370 to 4,500 rpm. An eight-speed Tiptronic and the Quattro permanent all-wheel drive make up the drivetrain. If desired, an optional sport differential is available to actively distribute power between the rear wheels.

For the introduction of the A4 in the Middle East market, there is a limited Audi A4 Quattro edition with 100 units available in the region.

The Quattro edition comes in all available colors and offers a lot of additional features and equipment for customers such as 19” Audi Sport wheels, Full LED headlights, S line exterior and interior. The special edition is equipped with S Sport Seats in Alcantara and can be upgraded to the optional Fine Nappa Leather seats with red contrast stitching.

The Audi RS 4 Avant is also available for order in the Middle East as of now and will be available in dealerships in autumn 2020.
