Ford Soars in Middle East with 63% Sales Surge in 2023

Ford Middle East reported a phenomenal 63% jump in the sales across the region in 2023 compared to 2022. This tremendous growth was driven by the strong demand for the Territory, Taurus, F-150, and also Explorer models.

The UAE played a very critical role in Ford's regional success, reporting a 57% year-on-year sales surge which is over twice the industry average of 26%.

The recently launched Ford Territory is a major reason for this success. Within the first year of its market entry, the SUV became the second-best selling vehicle in its own category. Also, the UAE market witnessed the sustained demand for the established models including Taurus and Explorer as well as the strong interest in Lincoln Aviator, Corsair, Nautilus and Navigator.

In 2024, the American carmaker is set to launch its Ford Guest Experience program in collaboration with its distributor partners. Ford says that the program will help in treating its “customers like family”.

“Through 2024, we aim to capitalize on our strengths and a strong 2023 as we continue to focus on our core refreshed product portfolio, lay the groundwork for bringing electric vehicles to the region in 2025, and deliver flawless launches of the All-New Lincoln Nautilus, Ford Mustang, Ford F-150, Ford Taurus Hybrid, Ford Explorer, and Lincoln Aviator,” said Ravi Ravichandran, President of Ford Middle East.
