GAC GE3 makes electrifying statement at Virtual Auto Show

Electric Vehicles are the future of the automotive industry and if there’s one car that can overcome the current obstacle of them being highly overpriced in the GCC, that would be the GAC GE3. Making a bold statement at the brand’s booth at the region’s first-ever Virtual Auto Show, the GE3 is China’s answer to the Renault Zoe, Chevrolet Bolt, and Tesla Model 3.
From a design standpoint, the GAC GE3 does possess its own identity, in that it doesn’t look like any other model in the brand’s line-up, but its uniqueness isn’t to be confused with gaudiness. Triangular headlamps and foglamps embellish its snout while large wheels and a contrast roof give it the funkiness it needs to grab the attention of younger buyers.
On the performance front, two versions of the GE3 are available, the standard model with 177 horsepower, a top speed of 156 km/h, and a driving range of approximately 300 kilometers. The GE3 350 receives a larger 55 kWh battery pack and claims an NEDC driving range of 410 kilometers.
