GAC GN8 makes grand entry at Virtual Auto Show

Posted by Zaran Tarapore on Nov 5, 2019

The Virtual Auto Show is a revolutionary concept that allows users to experience everything a physical motor show has to offer from the comfort of their home and/or office. As revolutionary as the concept itself, is GAC’s GN8 luxury people mover, an affordable option for large families that competes against the likes of the Honda Odyssey and Toyota Previa.

The large chrome grille is flanked by stylish headlamps that slice their way into the fenders and house individual LED clusters for a striking appeal. With prominent character lines and a floating roof design, the GN8’s proportions are well concealed, lending it a rather sleek silhouette. Multi-spoked alloy wheels fill the wheel wells while full-length LED taillights give it a premium feel.

In terms of engine performance, the GN8 is powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that kicks out 201 horsepower and 320 Nm of torque. Driven frugally, it is expected to average just 8.9-liters for every 100 kilometers, a wonderful figure for a 7-seater luxury family hauler.
