Ibrahim Amin And His Hot Two Car Garage

Car enthusiasts, we’re a weird bunch. We tend to find a niche we like (Euro, JDM, Off-Roaders, etc.) and stick to it instead of exploring what the industry has to offer. Not Ibrahim though, he enjoys the tarmac in a seductive Volkswagen Golf R and everything else in his trusty Jeep Wrangler JK. Be like Ibrahim.

What car do you currently drive?

My garage is currently filled with two very different cars, a Jeep Wrangler JK & a Volkswagen Golf R.

Have you owned any interesting cars in the past? 

In the past, I’ve had the privilege of owning a Volkswagen Golf GTI, a Volkswagen Golf R36, and a BMW M135i.

What got you into cars? 

From what I remember, it was that extremely memorable ride that I took in a 1999 Chevrolet Corvette when I was eight years old, it totally blew my mind.

What is unique about your car? Have you customized it in any way? 

I love modifying cars. I bought my Jeep JK fully modified with modifications worth over 50,000 Dirhams. My Golf R is also tuned; it’s running a stage 1+ with Revo Intake and a full custom exhaust system.

Do you have any upgrades or modifications in the pipeline? 

Absolutely! For my JK, I want to upgrade my shocks to a triple bypass, ECU flash the engine, and install more lights. For my Golf R, I want to go Stage 2+ with a bigger intercooler and blow-off valve for that iconic turbo flutter sound.

Tell me one car you would swap your current car for? 

I would swap my JK for the upcoming Ford Bronco!
