At the start of this year NISMO, the Japanese motorsport and tuning firm, was named the official performance partner of Nissan.

Since that happened, we saw a few vehicles from the NISMO lineup, like the JUKE NISMO, March NISMO and 370Z NISMO, but there are a few more NISMO vehicles coming. According to Nissan, at least one new NISMO model will be out every year till the end of 2016.

The next-in-line model is the 2015 Nissan GT-R NISMO, which is expected to be a great performance car. The Williams F1 Team is part of its development which is said to be able to set a new production car lap record at the Nürburgring.

"The Nissan GT-R NISMO is the GT-R with which we pursue pure performance," NISMO product chief Hiroshi Tamura said in a statement. “Its development is on schedule, and I can't wait to see the model introduced into the markets."
