Maserati reveals the Zegna inspired concept

Posted by Samar Huneidi on Sep 5, 2013

Recently, we have heard that Maserati will team up with Italian luxury label Ermenegildo Zegna to help promoting the design and manufacturing excellence of their homeland. Their first product together is the Maserati Quattroporte, which features colors and materials inspired by the fine suits of Zegna.

Maserati Quattroporte Ermenegildo Zegna Limited Edition concept car will be shown at the 2013 Frankfurt Auto Show.

From the outside, the car features special effect paint finish with pigments of ultra-fine aluminum giving the car a metallic luster. From the inside, you can see Zegna’s touches more clearly with the use of soft leather and a velvet smooth, bright fabric that Zegna uses in its clothing line. Colors used are the Moka and Greige.

This car will go on sale next year, whereas by 2015, Maserati will start offering Zegna-inspired trims across its range.
