MG introduces innovative aftersales service in the Middle East

MG, together with its local retail partners in Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates, has launched a free door to door service geared towards making life easier for buyers across the region.

Upon booking a service appointment, MG customers are sent a courtesy vehicle to their doorstep, to avoid the presumed hassle with vehicle maintenance. Once the necessary maintenance work is carried out on a customer’s vehicle at the authorized service center, it is returned to the customer’s doorstep.

Commenting on the new service, Sun Guang, General Manager of MG Middle East, said: “We are always looking for initiatives to further satisfy our loyal customer base and enhance the MG aftersales offering. We believe this service will strengthen relationships with our current customers, at a time when sales of MG cars in the region are at an all-time high, while also appealing to prospective buyers.’’

The impressive and innovative addition to MG’s aftersales service, is an add-on to an extended six-year or 200,000 km warranty that covers all models in the line-up. Additionally, MG also offers its customers 24/7 access to a call center that guarantees roadside assistance around the clock.
