More than 50,000 Mitsubishi Pajero cars have been recalled due to air bag defects

اقرأ المقال بالعربية   Al Habtoor Motors, the official distributor of Mitsubishi vehicles in the UAE, announced that 53,918 Pajero cars had been recalled due to air bag defects after receiving instructions from the Ministry of Economy to retrieve the V90W / V80W models manufactured between January 2013 and December 2017.   “We regret to inform that due to usage condition, the changes of temperature and longtime humidity, the propellant (ammonium nitrate) in the inflator for passenger side frontal airbag may be deteriorated and, as a result, the inflator body may rupture at the time of airbag deployment. Therefore the frontal airbag inflator for passenger side has to be changed, "said Al Habtoor Motors in a statement.   As part of the recall process, Al Habtoor Motors is working with customers to arrange repairs. Al Habtoor Motors opens from Saturday to Thursday; from 8am to 8pm.
