Nissan KSA launches mobile aftersales service

Nissan has grown by leaps and bounds in the past year by increasing its market share from 1.3 percent to a staggering 8.0 percent in one year alone. This increase means better sales and service network to cope up with the new consumer base and Nissan has it all planned out. Last year their network covered 42 percent of Saudi population. This year, it has increased to 70 percent and will reach 100 percent by March 2015.

Nissan Saudi believes in the potential of aftersales service to seek edge among the competitors and has come up with a great idea to please existing customers. This is not their first aftersales achievement. We covered their aftersales service awards in UAE as well. The new mobile service is aimed at customers who find it difficult to locate Nissan workshops. If there is no Nissan workshop in the 150 km radius then customers will be able to book mobile service vans via toll-free phone. These vans cover Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam already and more are planned to be added by the end of the year. Moreover, the customers will be able to get the parts delivered to them for free within 24 hours from Nissan, provided there is no spare parts outlet within 100 km.

Such initiatives are highly beneficial for the customer resulting in high monetary value. Good job Nissan.
