The Sharjah Police have seized 168 e- scooters and bicycles in the former quarter of this current year for causing serious accidents.

Lt Col Muhammad Alai Al Naqbi, Director of the Traffic and Patrols Department at Sharjah Police, said that a traffic campaign was sent off to teach general society about obeying traffic guidelines and rules.

While utilizing private methods for transportation, for example, scooters, occupants should keep the traffic guidelines and comply with the counsel and rules that ensure the security of their lives and properties.

The campaign distributed awareness guidelines in a few dialects, including Arabic, English and Urdu, through the social media sites of the Sharjah Police General Command, as well as a few prints, sound, visual and perceptive media.

He made sense of that the mission included explaining the negative in light of some unacceptable and unlawful use of electric bikes and the rebelliousness of clients with traffic guidelines and directions that improve their wellbeing and the security of street users.
