Say hello to the funky new Opel Mokka

One of the most funky looking cars has landed in the UAE - meet the Opel Mokka. From every angle it oozes a youthful vibe and Opel has given the Mokka a very striking design language. The Mokka looks like a complete crossover.

The Mokka’s exterior has Opel’s ‘vizor’ front end and sharply creased flanks which show to the likes of BMW that a car can look good without a big grille. The bold design language continues all the way till the back. Also, just look at that lovely green colour on it!

In the UAE, the Mokka has been launched in two trims: GS line and Ultimate. Both the trims get a 1.2 litre turbocharged petrol engine mated to an eight- speed automatic transmission which produces 130 hp and 230 Nm of torque. The major difference is that the GS Line gets 17” alloy wheels while the Ultimate one sits on 18” alloy wheels.

Inside you will find the GTx Pure Panel which integrates two widescreen displays and offers a lovely infotainment experience. The GS Line gets a 7.0-inch colour touchscreen and the Ultimate Line gets a high-resolution 10.0-inch colour touchscreen. The Mokka also gets features like Advanced Cruise Control (ACC), wireless phone charging and the adaptive 180-degree rear view camera, Automatic Park Assist and Side Blind Spot Alert.

The Mokka is now available at Al Fahim Motors (AFM) showroom in Bahwan Centre, Umm Al Sheif on Sheikh Zayed Road with prices starting from AED 103,000.
