Teenagers win BMWs in UAE

The winners of 2 luxury BMWs in the UAE are 15-year-old Tarek from Egypt and 16-year-old Tahnoon from UAE. 

The cars were won in a draw held by Splash, the fashion retailer, in Dubai, where each car costs around Dh180,000. 

Egyptian teenager Tarek said "I am so excited and have already decided what I want to do. Since, I do not have a license yet; I will be selling the car and using the money to fund my higher education, as my interest lies in Engineering."

 Emirati teenager Tahnoon said "I was travelling to London for my vacation and decided to shop at Splash. I walked out of the store spending Dh5,000 and entered the draw hoping I would win. Winning the much talked about BMW is the best news I have ever received. Since I am only 16, I will be giving the car to my mother till I become old enough to drive it."

 Representatives from Dubai's Department of Economic Development along with other officials were the ones to announce the winners.
