With just milliseconds calculating the difference between an unscathed escape and a hazardous crash, numerous sensors and technologies come together to keep occupants safe before, during, and after an imminent crash.

Utilizing a combination of radars and the onboard Electronic Stability Program, the Pre Safe system reacts preventatively to danger. Sensors determine a hazardous situation and prepare the vehicle and its occupants by closing the windows and sunroof, tightening the seat belts, and bringing the seats and headrests to an upright position.

Similar to a bat that uses ultrasonic to gauge what lies ahead, the Pre Safe system gathers data from two long range radars in the front grille and two short range radars behind the bumper to monitor a safe distance from the vehicle ahead.

Aiding assists such as the Adaptive Cruise Control to work flawlessly and helping the brand get one step closer to autonomous mobility, the Pre Safe system is one that brings together the best technologies on offer.
