What is the quickest way to spot a car enthusiast in a parking lot? Look for the Subaru Impreza WRX STI or the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo. Although both cars are phenomenal machines thanks to their rally-bred pedigree, they have long been positioned as arch-rivals with enthusiasts choosing either-or. Vishesh on the other hand gets to enjoy the best of both worlds, with an awesome Subaru WRX STI and a Mitsubishi Evo X that he has the privilege of driving daily.
What car do you currently drive?
My garage currently houses two very enviable cars rally cars for the road, a Subaru WRX STI and a Mitsubishi Evolution X.
Have you owned any interesting cars in the past?
Nope, but the ones I have right now are pretty interesting, don’t you think?
What got you into cars?
It started at a very young age, I used to love tinkering with toy cars and could recognize them on the road ever since I was six years old. I always knew that I could connect with cars on a different level – a far deeper level than most others who just seem to see them as a mode of transport.
What is unique about your car? Have you customized it in any way?
The Subaru is built to participate in the UAE Time Attack in the Street category so it has quite an extensive list of upgrades. As for the Evo, it is my daily.
Do you have any upgrades or modifications in the pipeline?
I plan on building both of them to reach the 500+ WHP mark. It is something I have been looking forward to for quite some time now…
Tell me one car you would swap your current car for?
I wouldn’t swap them for anything, but I will definitely be saving up to buy more JDM Cars soon!
