Volvo gives us a glimpse of the new V40 on Snapchat

Volvo have been hard at work it seems as this week they released pictures of the brand new V40. We've been looking forward to something new from Volvo and are very excited with this announcement. The images were sent to the world via Snapchat and had a few emoticons and phrases such as “Not your daddy’s Volvo”. The car will be revealed for the first time some time next week and we'll make sure to get some photos.
Volvo have revealed 3 cars for the 2017 lineup so far. They consist of the V90 wagon, S60 Polestar and the V60 Polestar wagon. The V90 wagon is their most exclusive wagon and will be filled with top line tech and the best safety features available in 2017. The V90 will most likely be outfitted with a turbocharged 2.0L T5 four pot and should make somewhere in the region of 240 hp. The S60 Polestar is their hottest sedan with new styling and a new supercharged and turbocharged 4 pot with direct fuel injection. This new engine is good for 362 hp and 347 lb-ft propelling the car to 60mph in around 4.5 seconds. Last but not least is the V60 Polestar wagon. This is Volvo’s estate and it's a quick one. With the same engine used in the new S60 Polestar this estate has similar power figures and will reach 60 mph in under 5 seconds.
