Aston Martin Vantage S: 671HP Supercar Debuts

Aston Martin has taken the wraps off a Vantage spruced up to 11 - meet the Vantage S. This is not the first time there has been an ‘S’ version of an Aston with the DBX S being the first one.

Boosted Power from Roaring V8

The Vantage S builds on the standard model’s twin‑turbo 4.0‑liter V8, increasing output from 656 to 671 horsepower, while torque stays at 590 lb‑ft. The bump in power is thanks to a revised throttle map and stronger ECU. 0–60 mph now takes just 3.3 seconds, up from 3.7 second. Top speed remains at 202 mph.

Chassis Enhancements for Precision Driving

To cope with the added power, Aston has upgraded the suspension and chassis dynamics. Bilstein DTX adaptive dampers are now standard, and both the front and rear subframes feature firmer mounting points for improved rigidity.

Camber, caster, and toe angles have been recalibrated to sharpen handling, while the rear frame is now directly bolted to the chassis (losing its rubber bushes), enhancing front-end grip and steering response.

Aggressive Aero and Distinctive Styling

Visually, the Vantage S sets itself apart with performance-inspired details. Slim hood “blades” in gloss black or exposed carbon feed engine cooling, while an enlarged rear wing increases downforce by around 245 pounds at 202 mph.

Optional 21‑inch forged wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport S 5 tires, paired with red-accented brake calipers, complete the striking CRAFTED road presence.

Refined Interior with “S” Flair

Inside, the cabin features Alcantara and exposed carbon-fibre trim, with “S” badging on seatbacks and the drive-mode dial, available in red or silver.

Buyers can choose between steel or carbon-ceramic brakes, and the infotainment system includes a larger 12.5‑inch touchscreen, wireless CarPlay/Android Auto, and an optional Bowers & Wilkins sound system.
