According to Maitha bin Adai, CEO of the Traffic and Roads Agency, "The smart parking scanning system for public parking in Dubai involves deploying a vehicle operated by parking inspectors, equipped with a device that can monitor vehicles that have not paid their parking fees. This system will increase monitoring and enforcement efficiency while reducing potential errors."
