Maintenance Workshop Schedule
The maintenance workshops will be held at the Mercedes-Benz service centers of Emirates Motor Company in Musaffah and Al Ain, on the following dates:
- October 14-16
- November 11-13
- December 9-11
Working Hours:
- Friday: 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Thursday and Saturday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Customers will receive:
- A free inspection of their vehicles
- A 50% discount on labor charges and the prices of spare parts and accessories
- Free installation of the Mercedes me Adapter application

Customers will be able to choose a service package that meets their needs and aligns with their vehicle's specifications and manufacturing date. For instance, the silver package covers three services tailored to the vehicle type and engine size, starting from 1,250 AED, excluding VAT.
Digital Initiatives
The year-end offers emphasize the adoption of more digital services for customers of Emirates Motor Company. This includes a complete digital transformation of the customer experience through the StarView application, where a link will be sent to customers via SMS, allowing them to virtually meet certified technicians and get a comprehensive overview of the service and maintenance process.
The link will also enable them to communicate with technicians for real-time updates on their vehicles' status and make necessary payments, all within a seamless and personalized service experience.
