During the inauguration of the latest Infiniti showroom and service center at Souq Al Haraj in Sharjah, we had an exclusive interview with Michel Ayat, CEO of Arabian Automobiles Infiniti. He shared with us the unique features of the facility and the future plans for this year.
Unique Features of the Facility
Question: Can you tell us in a few simple words what makes the new Infiniti facility unique?
As is the case with most things in Dubai, the new Infiniti facility stands out for its uniqueness due to four main features:
- Design: This brand-new facility showcases Infiniti's retail environment design initiative, meeting global standards.
- Size: This facility allows us to display up to ten cars at any time in the showroom.
- Site Arrangement: This facility is the first from Arabian Automobiles equipped with both a showroom and a service center in the same location.
- Location: This facility has been built in a unique location that meets the needs of our customers in Ajman, Umm Al-Quwain, and Sharjah.
Future Expectations
Question: From a sales perspective, what percentage increase do you expect with this new facility?
First, let me say that Arabian Automobiles is the largest Infiniti dealer in the Gulf and the Middle East. The goal of this facility is to improve our market share by focusing on the customer. We have many customers who have been with us for decades, and they are extremely satisfied with the service they receive. We believe that by focusing on our customers and providing the best services, sales will increase.
Question: Since this facility was opened as part of the 50th anniversary celebrations of Arabian Automobiles, what can we expect to see throughout this year?
To celebrate 50 years of Arabian Automobiles, we will be introducing the completely new Infiniti QX50 in September. Additionally, you will also see many unique and modified cars in our showrooms, along with numerous events and forums for our loyal customers who have supported us over the years.
