Al Tayer Motors, the UAE’s official importer-dealer for Ferrari, launched the iconic Italian brand’s newest masterpiece, the F8 Tributo, at an exclusive event in Dubai’s luxurious Bulgari Yacht Club.
The Ferrari F8 Tributo is a car with unique characteristics and, as its name implies, pays homage to the most powerful V8 in Ferrari history. The Tributo makes the exhilarating performance of the best 8-cylinder in the world accessible to all drivers, with unprecedented handling and superior ride comfort.
Speaking at the launch, Raid Abusitta, Vice-President – Sales, Ferrari at Al Tayer Motors said; “The Ferrari F8 Tributo has made waves internationally since images of the car were unveiled ahead of its official launch at the Geneva Motor Show. Interest in the car has been very strong and we look forward to seeing the car join the many Prancing Horse models in the UAE.”
With a tire-shredding 709 horsepower and a record output of 183 horsepower per liter, the F8 Tributo’s engine is the most powerful V8 ever to be mounted in a non-special series Ferrari, achieving new heights not just for turbos, but for engines across the board.
Designed by the Ferrari Styling Centre, the F8 Tributo is essentially a bridge to a new design language that will continue to emphasize the brand’s key characteristics of high performance and extreme aerodynamic efficiency. Replacing the 488 in the brand’s line-up, the F8 Tributo pushes out nearly 50 horsepower more and weighs a whopping 40kg less while also flaunting a 10% improvement in aerodynamic efficiency.
