The Infiniti EX35 was rebranded as the Infiniti QX50 in 2014 due to a change in the naming structure. Currently, all SUVs are categorized under the QX badge, while sedans fall under the Q badge. The QX50 is the smallest SUV offering from Infiniti and the most affordable crossover from the brand.
2016 QX50 Updates
The 2016 model features subtle updates designed to keep the vehicle looking fresh, as its sales targets are crucial for this year. The changes include:
- Updated front and rear fascia
- New LED daytime running lights
- New front grille design
- LED turn signals integrated into the side mirrors
- Increased wheelbase by 81 mm and overall length by 114 mm
- Increased interior volume by 235 liters
- Rear legroom in the second row increased by 109 mm
