Jeep Unveils New Concept Vehicles: Switchback and Safari
Jeep has revealed two exciting concept vehicles based on the Wrangler model, named Switchback and Safari. These vehicles mark the last releases from the current generation of Wranglers before a completely new model is launched later this year.

Switchback Design
Jeep has introduced distinctive designs for both vehicles, with the Switchback featuring a white roof that embodies the spirit of off-road adventures and safari outings. The vehicle showcases half-doors with small openings on the sides, providing an appealing look while prompting the question: Why do these doors exist in the first place?
Switchback Capabilities
The Switchback is equipped for high-performance off-roading, featuring an increased ground clearance of 4 inches, front and rear axles of the "Dana 44" model, and a set of 17-inch wheels fitted with large 37-inch tires. Additional features include a winch, roof basket, and shock absorbers at all four corners.
Safari Design
The Safari version reflects its name with impressive features, such as transparent doors made from vinyl that provide clear visibility during safari trips, and rear seats that can swivel for optimal viewing angles. Additionally, it includes a small drone specifically designed for the vehicle, mounted on the roof.
Safari Capabilities
The Safari stands on a set of large 35-inch tires with a different design from the Switchback, featuring 18-inch wheels, front and rear axles of the "Dana 44" model, along with differential locks, a 2-inch lift kit, a full-length skid plate for underbody protection, and an external air compressor.
Engines and Equipment
While the engines for both vehicles have not yet been disclosed, it is likely that they will feature one of the powertrains currently available in the Wrangler lineup. Drivers need not worry, as both vehicles are equipped for off-road excellence, capable of overcoming any obstacles they encounter.
