Kavak Opens the World’s Largest Customer Center in Dubai
Kavak has officially opened the doors to the world's largest customer center in Dubai, marking a transformative moment for the used car market across the GCC. The global automotive giant, valued at $8.7 billion, has now launched its official operations in the UAE.
Redefining the Used Car Buying Experience
Unlike any other used car platform in the region, Kavak has eliminated the uncertainty traditionally associated with buying pre-owned vehicles. The company is not a broker connecting buyers and sellers; instead, Kavak owns its entire inventory of reliable vehicles. Each car undergoes a rigorous 240-point inspection before joining Kavak's extensive stock, which is currently the largest in the region and features hundreds of cars available for immediate purchase.
Comprehensive Vehicle Maintenance and Dedicated Service Centers
Every car in Kavak’s inventory is thoroughly maintained by the company itself. To uphold the highest standards of quality, Kavak is establishing its own dedicated service centers throughout the region. The company has already invested in a state-of-the-art, 15,000-square-meter maintenance facility in Dubai. Once fully operational, the facility will employ 150 staff and expert mechanics, with a monthly capacity to service up to 1,300 vehicles. Offered services will include refurbishment, regular maintenance, and warranty repairs. Future plans also include the launch of a similar customer center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Unmatched Warranties and Hassle-Free Returns
Kavak vehicles come with a complimentary 90-day warranty, the option to purchase extended warranties, and a 7-day return policy. The company takes pride in its comprehensive evaluation process and full ownership of its vehicles, ensuring customers enjoy the highest level of service both during and after their purchase.
Seamless Online and In-Person Experience
While Kavak operates a physical showroom, the entire car purchasing process can also be completed online via Kavak.com, offering convenient service to customers throughout the region.
Kavak’s Vision for the GCC Market
Commenting on Kavak’s unique strategy, Marwan Shaar, Co-CEO of Kavak GCC, stated: "High quality standards have become the main point of contention in the global used car market. Kavak’s model disrupts the market by providing consistency and reliability, giving customers confidence and peace of mind in the cars they purchase. Kavak also offers warranties of up to two years, ensuring customer reassurance. The GCC region presents a significant opportunity to deliver a transparent, premium user experience in buying and selling used cars, and we are excited to embark on this journey with Kavak."
