Lamborghini Centenario: The Limited Edition Supercar
Introduction
The Lamborghini Centenario was unveiled at last year's Geneva International Motor Show. This limited edition supercar is inspired by the iconic Lamborghini Aventador.
Specifications
In celebration of Ferruccio Lamborghini's 100th birthday, only 40 units of the Centenario were produced (20 coupe and 20 roadster), with the first delivery made to a member of the royal family in the UAE.
Technical Details
Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, aged 32, spent around 10,000,000 AED to secure one of these cars, which features a striking orange color with black accents. The car's body is crafted from the highest grade of carbon fiber available in the Aventador models, and it is equipped with a modified 6.5-liter, naturally aspirated V12 engine.
Performance
With a power output of 759 horsepower and 690 Nm of torque, the Centenario outperforms its sibling, the Aventador S. The car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds, reaching an estimated top speed of 350 km/h.
Car History
The Centenario serves as a fitting tribute to Ferruccio Lamborghini, who was renowned for his passion and unwavering dedication to pushing boundaries and capabilities to create some of the world's finest automobiles.
