Lamborghini Revuelto: Performance and Design in a Supercar

Lamborghini Abu Dhabi and Dubai unveiled the "Revuelto," the first hybrid supercar with a V12 engine, at an exclusive event in Abu Dhabi. The Revuelto redefines standards in performance, athleticism, and driving pleasure, thanks to its unprecedented engineering, innovative design, and highly effective aerodynamic features, along with a new carbon structure. This vehicle generates an impressive power output of 1,015 horsepower (CV) through a completely new internal combustion engine and three electric motors, complemented by a dual-clutch transmission and a brand-new combustion engine.

Engine

The powertrain combines high-performance elements: the new internal combustion engine produces 825 horsepower (CV) and works in harmony with the front axle motors, offering an exceptional power-to-weight ratio.

Additionally, for the first time in a Lamborghini V12, the engine is mounted above an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission. The three electric motors are powered by a high-specific-energy lithium-ion battery (4,500 watts/kg), which also supports a fully electric driving mode.

Exterior Design

The main structure of the new car is crafted from carbon fiber at the Sant’Agata Bolognese facility. This material is utilized in the frame, monocoque, and many other structural components of the vehicle.

The extensive use of carbon fiber and lightweight materials, combined with the immense power of the engine, achieves a weight-to-power ratio of 1.75 kg/hp, the best ratio in Lamborghini's history. Additionally, Lamborghini's new infotainment system offers a unique experience for the driver.

Power and Performance

The new Revuelto combines these features to deliver exceptional performance, evidenced by astonishing figures such as a 0 to 100 km/h acceleration in just 2.5 seconds and a top speed exceeding 350 km/h.

This model stands out with its distinctive features on tracks and during everyday driving, thanks to its electric torque vectoring and all-wheel drive, which are also available in fully electric driving mode.
