Nissan Middle East hosted a spectacular event in Barcelona to unveil the all-new 2017 Nissan Navara. The event took place at a historic house, built in 1568 and home to 18 generations of a family, known as Mas Cabanyes. The Navara has been in production for over 80 years, starting from 1933.

Samir Sharafan, the Managing Director of Nissan Middle East, opened the event with a brief history of the Navara. He noted that the Navara has been in the market for 12 generations, representing 12% of Nissan's total historical sales. The first pickup truck from Nissan was the Datsun 12, launched in 1933.

Features of the All-New Nissan Navara
The all-new Navara replaces the D22 and D40, combining features from both models. After extensive studies, Nissan concluded the following:
- D22 is affordable with a powerful engine but lacks innovation.
- D40 looks modern, has a comfortable interior, but comes at a high price.
Therefore, the Navara is a blend of the positives, making it suitable for both business use and family needs.
