Mercedes G-Class: Special Editions and Luxurious Design

Introduction

Automakers often release special editions of certain models when they want to discontinue a specific model and reintroduce it with a new design. These special editions attract buyers and help companies clear out their inventory of models they wish to phase out. However, the case of the G-Class seems to be an exception to this trend.

Special Editions of the Mercedes G-Class

Mercedes has launched its special editions for the G350d and G500, which are distinguished by their unique features. These special models come equipped with 19-inch AMG wheels with a five-split design, a front grille with three air intakes, uniquely designed mirrors, and a variety of exterior trims. The vehicles are available in three colors: Obsidian Black, Mystic White, and Magma Red.

Interior Features

Inside, the G-Class is adorned with red trims and a generous amount of Nappa leather throughout the cabin, complemented by glossy black accents and touches of carbon fiber. Various configurations are available, including one with light brown leather featuring diamond-patterned stitching and another with luxurious black leather.

Pricing and Availability

All special editions of the vehicle have been sold, with deliveries scheduled for next September. Prices ranged from $120,000 (AED 440,700) to $314,000 (AED 1,153,165).
